Simon Coulls
Simon Coulls

With over 40 years of experience in the Golf and Country Club Management industry and more than 20 years specializing in Homeowners Association (HOA) management, Simon Coulls is a seasoned leader in strategic planning, operational oversight, and financial management. His extensive background encompasses employee training, management development, team leadership, and effective cross-department collaboration, alongside a deep understanding of board and committee governance.

Simon has a proven track record in multi-club and property operations, having held prestigious roles such as, General Manager at Troon Prive and Senior Vice President at ICON Management. Simon has successfully led operations across various high-end golf facilities, including his tenure as Regional Director at Honours Golf in Alabama and General Manager at Twin Eagles in Naples, FL. He also served as Director of Golf at Bonita Bay Club and managed three facilities within the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail.

A proud member of the British PGA, Simon brings international experience from prestigious clubs in Scotland, the Netherlands, and Germany. His expertise spans high-end resorts, private equity clubs, public golf courses, and bundled golf facilities, combined with significant knowledge in golf course construction and HOA management. He also owned dba Vision Golf & Association Management for over ten years, that he sold to Icon Management.

Recognized for his ability to direct high-level management teams and engage effectively with boards of directors and committees, Simon is a global thinker committed to driving excellence in every facet of golf and country club and homeowner’s association operations.

With over 20 years of experience in hospitality & management, Cecilia has a wealth of experience in events, culinary, and new restaurant openings. Her background consists of working for Troon, The Ritz Carlton, and The Flemings here locally. She has been dedicated to crafting memorable experiences for most of her life.

Outside of the industry she has a passion for cooking & traveling, which have also been a driving force throughout her career. She finds solace in her love for her family and tranquility in the mountains.

Michelle Olson joins our Club with a background in Community Management, Office Management and F&B Management.

Most recently, Michelle was the CAM at Tuscany Cove in Naples with Castle Management overseeing all HOA operations. Prior to that, she spent four years as a Food & Beverage Manager at LaPlaya Beach Resort in Naples and 12 years with WCI Communities at The Colony Golf & Country Club as the Office and Communications Manager.

Michelle is a SWFL native, and resides in Bonita Springs, with her husband Chris and children, Rachel (16) and Benson (4). Please join us in welcoming Shelley to the Bonita National family.

Gabrielle, a Florida native, began her career in customer service at Publix Supermarkets in 2014. She transitioned to the club industry in 2019, starting at a fellow Troon club, where she gained extensive experience in hospitality, wedding and event planning, marketing, and communications. Now at Bonita National, Gabrielle is dedicated to enhancing each member's experience and creating enjoyable, lasting memories.

Six years ago, Natalie moved to Florida, specifically Naples, to immerse herself in property management as well as real estate. Natalie’s journey started in Memphis, TN, where she was born and raised. She then sought out a university in Florida and received her bachelor’s degree in three years. Her next endeavor drew her to Los Angeles, CA, where she resided for 16 years. Some of Natalie’s past positions include restaurant manager, director of International Dance Academy, and office manager at The Ritz Carlton Residences, Estero Bay. Her vast array of experience across multiple industries, whether she is leading and training a large team or creating new programs, yields a unique skill set bolstered by her unbridled enthusiasm. Being the Assistant CAM at Bonita National presents a new opportunity to use her skills to help contribute to making this community even more extraordinary.

Currently, the highlight of her life consists of basking in every moment possible with her baby girl, Bella Monroe.

Stacy Selkow
Stacy Selkow

Stacy brings a passion for storytelling and engagement to the forefront. With a background in hospitality, having previously worked as the Member Services Coordinator at The Club at Kalea Bay, she is no stranger to creating memorable experiences and building connections within a community. Having transitioned into communications, she is excited to channel her love for creating dynamic and engaging content into strengthening relationships with club members. Whether crafting newsletters, curating social media content, or developing campaigns, she thrives on making every message resonate.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, playing pickleball, traveling, and taking long walks with her dog, finding inspiration from new experiences and the joy of the outdoors.

Nichole Rogers
Nichole serves as the Administrative Manager at Bonita National, where she is known for her dedication to supporting members and building meaningful relationships. She thrives in the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of club life and enjoys that no two days are ever the same. Since joining Bonita National, Nichole has experienced significant professional growth in a supportive team environment, strengthening her communication skills and leadership along the way. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, spending time with her three children, and relaxing at the beach.
JP Shepherd
JP Shepherd

JP comes to us from Northriver Yacht Club, a Troon property in Tuscaloosa, AL where he was their First Assistant Golf Professional for the past two years. At Northriver he was very involved in the improvement of member services and was a member of their Etiquette and Experience Golf Committee working on best practices to enhance their member’s experience. JP was also involved in their golf operations and merchandising as Tournament Coordinator, managing the outside staff, as well as providing lessons and club fittings for members.

Prior to Northriver, he was an Assistant Golf Professional for two years at Greensboro Country Club, a Donald Ross design layout in North Carolina. He has also worked seasonally at White Bear Yacht Club in Minnesota and the renowned Desert Mountain complex in Scottsdale, AZ.

JP was awarded Manager of the Quarter for quarter 4 in 2023.

With a distinguished background in hospitality, Lance brings a wealth of experience and genuine passion for service excellence to his role. Having spent years with renowned brands such as Campagna Hospitality and the Ritz Carlton, Lance has developed a deep appreciation for refined dining experiences and impeccable service standards. A true family man, Lance believes that hospitality begins with care and connection. He values this both at home, and in his professional career. Deeply dedicated to his wife and son, he finds joy and balance in spending quality time with them, drawing inspiration from family life to create an atmosphere of warmth and authenticity in his professional world.

His leadership style emphasizes consistency, attention to detail, and creating memorable moments for members and the team alike.

Ashley brings over seven years of dedicated experience in club restaurant management. She began her management career here at Bonita National in 2018, overseeing operations at the Poolside Café. Since then, Ashley has held leadership roles as a Food & Beverage Manager at both The Colony Bay Club and Greensboro Country Club. A certified WSET Level II Sommelier, she is eager to share her passion and knowledge for wine with the Bonita National community. In addition to her extensive wine expertise, Ashley is deeply committed to event management and creating enjoyable, memorable experiences for members and guests.

Kyle Edwards
Kyle Edwards

Cliff Drysdale Tennis, founded in 2001 by International Tennis Hall of Fame member Cliff Drysdale and partner Don Henderson, specializes in providing racquet sports management, programming, and experiences. Their portfolio of locations includes luxury resorts, high end private clubs, and large public facilities.

CDT has chosen Kyle Edwards to be Bonita National's Director of Tennis. Edwards, originally from Atlanta, Georgia, was a competitive junior in the region before playing collegiate tennis at Palm Beach Atlantic, and the College of Charleston.

Edwards is an experienced, PTR certified professional who most recently served as Director of Tennis at Fire Island, NY for the summer of 2023. Before Fire Island, Kyle played a key role for three years as Head Pro at the Omni Amelia Island Resort. There he orchestrated CDT custom camps, signature events, Tennis 101 groups, team clinics, and sanctioned Pickleball tournaments.

Chris originally joined Bonita National in 2018 working in our Food & Beverage Operation where he performed as an expeditor, bartender, and server. Since 2020, he has been the Fitness Assistant, Personal Trainer, Class Instructor, and has recently been promoted to Director of Wellness & IT Services.

He started his fitness journey through an idea called Project Evolve in 2016 with a close friend. This idea quickly changed from group classes in a public park to a fully functional group training facility in Naples. His role there consisted of being responsible for designing the workout regimen for the classes and establishing plans for the participants. Additionally, he became very involved with the accountability aspect of the gym, helping members stay on track and motivating them to reach their goals. As a result, he gained a lot of customer service experience by interacting with the members on a daily basis. He is happy to bring that same passion for helping others to Bonita National and hopes to be able to assist in any way that he can.

As far as certifications go, Chris is certified with ISSA (International Sports Services Association) and ACTION (Personal Training Certification) as a personal trainer, and through ACTION for group fitness. With seven years of experience in group training as well as personal training, he has gained a very knowledgeable background in the fitness world and hopes to bring innovative ideas to the club to not only elevate the fitness department but also get the entire community involved through special fitness-related events.

Chris was awarded Manager of the year in 2025.

Fanny Bustamante
Fanny Bustamante

Culinary professional for over 20 years with experience overseeing both upscale dining atmospheres, as well as casual. Ability to execute both a la carte dining requirements, as well as buffets while leading and mentoring a team.

Fanny strives to make the culinary operation at Bonita National the very best it can be by listening to the membership, modifying and changing as requested and keeping things fresh and exciting for our members. This is all accomplished while maintaining the ability to keep food costs and expenses in line.

Fanny has been with Bonita National for three years, and has helped to transform the operation into what it is today by working tirelessly to coach and teach the team and instill the same attention to detail that to her, is second nature.

The difference between the culinary operation at Bonita National and what you will find at other operations is the unwavering desire to please the membership and to do so at all costs. There is never a time when speaking with Fanny that you will not be told “We will make it happen”. The true desire to not only create meals, but experiences for our members is showcased in each meal.

Fanny was awarded Manager of the Quarter for quarter 3 in 2023.

Robin Woods
Robin Woods

Prior to joining Troon and Bonita National, Robin held several senior financial positions in the Healthcare sector. She also was the Controller for Gulf Bay Group of Companies at Fiddler’s Creek and Amenities Accountant for WCI Communities in Bonita Springs. Robin works with the Bonita National HOA and Golf boards in integrating the Northstar system with Troon’s budget template, providing timely and accurate financial reports. She provides insight to both boards in growing the long-term financial strength of the HOA and Golf Club.

Melissa Lucas

Melissa began her career in hospitality accounting just over 20 years ago at the Hilton Naples and Shula’s Steak House. She spent the last five years traveling the globe while working as a Fractional Controller, supporting multiple SaaS and small business start-ups from seed through Series E funding rounds. Feeling a call back to her hospitality roots, she returned to SWFL in 2025 and joined Bonita National. Her passion for supporting the best parts of living in the area drives her commitment to operational excellence, financial stewardship, and creating memorable experiences for members, guests, and the community.
Jessie Landrum
Jessie Landrum

Jessie was born and raised in the small town of Purvis, Mississippi. He started his career in hospitality and property management in 2012 working for IHG brand properties as a maintenance technician and worked his way to Chief Engineer for Marriott brand properties. The next step in his career led him to manage senior living communities as the Director of Facility Operations where he spent the last 3 years improving his management and hospitality skills.

In his previous role as the Campus Director of Facility Operations at Discovery Village in Naples, Jessie was responsible not only for all three levels of care communities (Independent, Assisted, and Memory Care) but also the maintenance, housekeeping, security, and transportation as well. Other duties included supervision of the landscaping vendor, conducting safety training, and organizing and implementing property improvement plans. His administrative duties included budgeting and forecasting for these departments, team building initiatives, and employee retention programs. He is well versed in life safety systems, pool operations, unit turns, and preventative maintenance programs.

Jessie has an extensive background in hospitality here in Florida and his home state of Mississippi. He has overseen property renovations, is a Certified Pool Operator, holds a HVAC/R Certification, and has experience with hurricanes here in Florida. He has managed properties in Hattiesburg MS, Tampa, Orlando, and Naples FL for the last 10 years and looks forward to continuing to improve his career in Golf and Country Clubs.

Tom Caliguire

Tom brings over 31 years of experience in golf course management and agronomy, having led operations at premier clubs like Forest Glen, Palmira, and Eagle Pointe. He has overseen major renovations, including $16.5 million in projects at Forest Glen, where he also reduced water usage by 30% over 14 years, earning national recognition.

A Michigan State Turfgrass graduate and GCSAA member, Tom specializes in course construction, sustainability, and tournament preparation. He also serves on the board of the Everglades Golf Course Superintendents Association. An avid golfer, he maintains a 5 handicap and enjoys spending time on the course.

Born and raised in the steel city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Alex, spent much of his childhood playing baseball or skiing and snowboarding in the laurel highlands. His passion for the game of golf was sparked at age 11 when the world witnessed Tiger Woods win the 1997 Masters, and within a few years he was playing competitively in high school and later in college. He began his college golf career at Penn State - The Behrend College in Erie, PA Earning Rookie of the Year as a freshman and MVP honors during his sophomore year his team brought the school their first ECAC and AMCC championship titles. Looking to take his game to the next level, he transferred to the University of South Carolina Beaufort and attended the Hank Haney International Junior Golf Academy. While attending USC Beaufort he received his bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and played well enough in Hilton Head amateur events, earning a spot on the 2008 Honors Cup Team. It was the first time in 23 years that the amateur team beat the PGA Professional team. Golf has served him well for over 25 years, and after 7 seasons at Colonial CC, he is excited and grateful for the opportunity to serve the residents of Bonita National. He looks forward to extending his knowledge and expertise to any golfer looking to improve their game and have more fun on the golf course.

Kamron Hays

Prior to Bonita National, Kamron was an Assistant Golf Professional and Assistant Merchandiser at Wycliffe Country Club in Lake Worth, FL. Before Wycliffe, Kamron was the First Assistant Professional at Golf and Racquet Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

His experience in retail and outside operations is helpful for our Club as we continue to improve our operation on all fronts. Kamron is in the PGA program and working towards achieving his Class A designation. His experience outside of golf includes office management and payroll administration.

Taylor Davidson
Taylor Davidson

Taylor has been involved in the Food & Beverage industry since 2016. After joining Bonita National in 2022, she gained hands-on experience in both service and management. Taylor developed a strong understanding of operations at the Poolside Café before transitioning to the Clubhouse. Her well-rounded knowledge of both outlets reflects her commitment to teamwork, service excellence, and the member experience.

Taylor recently graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a Minor in Hospitality.

Brandon Kelly
Brandon Kelly

Brandon started his career in Food & Beverage at Hunters Ridge Country Club holding various positions from food runner to expeditor to server. He then came to Bonita National Golf & Country Club as a server and quickly became a lead server and trainer. Over the past three years, Brandon has worked in all areas of Bonita National’s Food & Beverage department; he has worked in the Clubhouse, Poolside Café, and at numerous community events. Since the beginning of his time here, Brandon has proven himself to be a valuable and supportive member of the Food & Beverage team.

Brandon is currently enrolled at FSW State College working towards his General Education degree.

Dinora Ponce

Poolside Cafe Restaurant Manager

Dinora joins us from Hunters Ridge Community Association and has an extensive background in food & beverage, and events! Dinora will report to our Food & Beverage Director, Lance Doka, and will primarily oversee the Poolside Cafe.

Throughout her career in hospitality, Dinora has gained knowledge and expertise through her tenure at Hunters Ridge, from serving, training staff to organizing and supervising events, and also restaurant management. Her involvement in leading teams and organization will be instrumental in raising the bar at the cafe.

Jevon Smith
Jevon Smith

Jevon is an accomplished chef, and brings a passio for creativity and skill to the exciting culinary experiences offered daily at Bonita National. He graduated from the Orlando Culinary Academy in 2008 with a degree in Culinary Arts. During his time there, he earned recognition as the Best Meat Fabricator in 2009 and received awards for exemplary academic performance and leadership.

Jevon draws inspiration from both his mother and his wife. Outside of the kitchen, he enjoys barbecuing at home and watching sports.

William brings creativity, skill, and passion to every dish that leaves the kitchen. With a love for both cooking and baking, William thrives on being innovative and finding new ways to elevate the dining experience for our members. Outside of the kitchen, he enjoys spending time in nature—whether it’s fishing, hiking, or hitting the road for a spontaneous trip.

William describes Bonita National as a truly special place to work, thanks to the welcoming community of members and the supportive leadership team.
